ONLINE CHECK-IN AND ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION To ensure a fast, secure, and fully autonomous arrival process, all guests are required to complete the online check-in and guest registration prior to arrival, in accordance with current regulations. Once the registration is completed and the reservation is verified, guests will receive the necessary instructions on their mobile phone to collect the keys autonomously from one of our secure key boxes. The property operates with a self check-in system, so there is no need for in-person key handover. Guests who require in-person assistance to complete the online check-in between 16:00 and 19:00 must request this service in advance, subject to availability. This personalized service carries a surcharge of EUR 30. Additionally, if the guest requests an in-person key handover instead of autonomous access, an extra fee of EUR 30 will apply.
