Keys must be collected from and returned to the Habitat Costa offices (the company who administer the apartments) and the opening hours are: Collection of keys: 17:00 – 20:00. At the end of your stay, leave used linen and towels in the apartment. The apartment must be cleaned on departure, and left as upon arrival. Electric whisk and iron are available, a deposit will be required for these items. No refunds are available in the event of early check out. Communal facilities available to the apartments vary in opening dates. A fixed amount of EUR 150 must be paid on the day of arrival. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay when the property has been checked.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
